Vasantha is one of our oldest and most dedicated clients. She recently received her second cycle loan from VisionFund India, but what truly marks a turning point in her journey was her participation in the Empowered World View (EWV) workshop.

Before the training, Vasantha was already running a small goat-rearing business. But after attending the EWV workshop, she began to see her business—and herself—differently. The training gave her a renewed sense of purpose, clarity, and vision for her future. Instead of using her second cycle loan for short-term needs, she strategically invested it in expanding her goat-rearing business.

Her goal became clear: to grow sustainably and lead by example. As the leader of her group of 40 women, Vasantha didn’t keep this learning to herself. Inspired by her own mindset shift, she actively encourages other women in her group to learn about EWV and apply its teachings in their own lives. She regularly shares her insights and motivates them to take control of their financial futures.
