1. What is EnlightHer?

EnlightHer is VisionFund India’s Learning Management System (LMS) designed to deliver interactive, values-based e-learning content, including the Empowered World View (EWV) course. It aims to empower staff and clients through mindset transformation and practical tools.

2. Who can access EnlightHer?

Currently, access is provided to VisionFund India staff, pilot groups of clients, and selected global learners. Access credentials are shared via official organizational emails.

3. How do I log in?

Login credentials for EnlightHer are created on a need basis. If you are a client, you will be granted access when you are enrolled in VisionFund India’s loans and services. Once registered, you will receive an email with your username, a temporary password, and a link to access the EnlightHer app. Simply follow the instructions to log in and reset your password.

4. I didn’t receive a login email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If not found, please write to our support team at learninghubindia@visionfund.org with your name and staff ID or branch details.

5. What content is available on EnlightHer?

You will find:

• Empowered World View (EWV) Modules – Shift your mindset from dependency to possibility
• Financial Literacy courses – Learn to manage money, savings, loans, and planning for the future
• Life Skills & Motivation – Real stories, easy tips, and practical tools

6. Can I access EnlightHer on a webpage?

Currently, EnlightHer is available only as a mobile app for Android and Apple devices. A web version is in development and will be launched soon.

7. How do I complete a course?

You need to:

Watch all module videos

Complete quizzes and reflection questions

Pass the final assessment

Submit your course feedback form

8. Can I pause and resume a course?

Yes. Your progress is automatically saved. You can log in later and continue from where you left off.

9. How will I get my certificate?

Once you complete the course and pass the final assessment, a digital certificate will be automatically generated and sent to your email or can be downloaded from your dashboard.

10. I’m facing technical issues. What should I do?

Please reach out through the Help and Support section on the LMS dashboard or email learninghubindia@visionfund.org with a screenshot or details of the issue.
